100 Million Dollars
"What would you do if you had [__insert x amount of dollars__]?"

We've all heard it before. But in my opinion, that's not really what we want to know. The question that we're really trying to answer is "what would you do if you were absolutely free to do so."

You don't really want the money. You want what the money can get you. Stuff is nice, but there's more to it than the material. We're really after the freedom to choose what we would want to do with our lives.

So, if you had absolute freedom to choose, what would you do?

Very true and my thoughts exactly.

I'd travel everywhere. Lots of time on boats, airplanes, and trains (this is probably where I'd do most of my writing). Go to every location I can think of and just have a great time.

I think traveling would be a good one. I haven't even been to enough places in the states let alone the world. It'd be kinda fun to go every place and eat the local cuisine. I might do that.

Wrong! I want the money.

Let's take this all the way up to what I would do with 100 BILLION Dollars. I would fund a private space program aimed at getting humanity off this rock before it's too late. That's not just about freedom, that's about buying something nobody has ever had before.

I do want freedom. But beyond that, the power of money will be the power to create. That's what I crave.

Amen. Maybe even start a religion with the divine imperative to found 12 colonies on other worlds or something. Whatever works.

If I could do anything? ANYTHING? I would pay off my debts, invest soundly to insure that I will HAVE an Old Age, and move out. I want the money.

If I could afford such freedom I would hide away from the world painting a lot of art and playing a lot of bass guitar. It doesn't take much to keep me a happy human.

Become the undisputed ruled of the world, where I would rule with an iron fist. OBEY THE FIST!

Oh, and I'd probably buy a puppy or something too, I don't know.
